- Enseguida se les pone el queso abundante ☺

- Se pasan por harina para que pegue bien el capeado

- Tomas 3 huevos se separan las claras de las yemas. Se baten las claras hasta que estén a punto de turrón (se hace espuma tipo betún) luego agregas las yemas y sal y se bate un poco para integrar


- Luego metes los chiles al huevo y enseguida los fríes y los pones en papel absorbente y reservamos


- Para el caldo: licuamos los jitomates, la cebolla, el ajo y el caldo o sazonador y lo pasamos a freír en la olla. Ya que empiece a hervir rectificamos de sal si le falta se le pone un poco y dejamos un minutito
- Luego agregamos los chiles y dejamos hervir nuevamente y apagamos al fuego.
- Para servir puedes agregar arroz rojo o así solos. Quedan deliciosos!
