- En una tablita colocar papel plástico y en medio la bolita de masa y presionar con un plato o sartén o si se tiene prensa para tortillas pues mejor. Cuando tenga la forma circular colocar en el centro 1 cda de pollo y doblarla a la mitad con ayuda del plástico y presionar despacio los bordes para cerrarlas. Para los taquitos colocar el pollo al centro y doblar una mitad a la orilla del pollo y luego la otra mitad encima y sellarlos muy bien de los extremos.
- Con cuidado freír en suficiente aceite sin descuidar para que no se quemen y al sacarl@s ponerl@s en papel de cocina para quitar el exceso de aceite. Servir calientit@s con salsa, aderezo o guacamol. 👌
