  2. En el mismo aceite doramos los muslos pollo ya salpimentados, lo sacamos y lo reservamos. En la misma cazuela echaremos la cebolla picada y la dejaremos hasta que este pochada, luego echaremos el tomate triturado y lo dejaremos hasta que este casi hecho.
  3. Mientras machacaremos la picada en el mortero y añadiremos la copa de coñac, lo mezclaremos bien.
    Cuando el sofrito del tomate esté casi listo echaremos el pollo y la picada con el coñac y lo dejaremos unos minutos para que se evapore el alcohol
  4. Pasado 2 o 3 minutos, cubriremos el pollo con el caldo de pescado y lo dejaremos cocer durante 30 minutos, pasado este tiempo probaremos de sal y echaremos los langostinos y lo dejaremos cocer unos 5 minutos más y apagaremos. Lo dejaremos reposando un rato.
