  4. Ya que volteamos el hígado, yo le agregué la cebolla y el chile verde que tenía reservado y dejé que se terminaran de cocinar.
  5. Este paso lo vamos a repetir hasta que terminemos de cocinar el medio kilo de hígado. 😉
  6. Pasada la cocción del primer lado damos la vuelta, (yo dejé 8 minutos por el primer lado a fuego medio porque en casa lo comemos doradito, pero en realidad el hígado se cocina muy rápido, el término depende de cada quien).
  7. Puse en el plato un poco de esta ensalada y alrededor las rebanadas de rábano. A un lado, el hígado (cubierto de su cebolla morada y chile verde).
  8. Y listo, tenemos una comida práctica y súper nutritiva!
  9. Para terminar escurrí el berro y las espinacas. Agregué la zanahoria rallada con el apio y mezcle con sal.
