  3. Añadir el caldo de pollo o el agua y dejar hervir, cuando empiece a hervir añadir la pieza de chile pasilla, los totopos y el epazote, dejar hervir por 20 minutos
  4. Dejamos entibiar y licuamos perfectamente sin el epazote, vertemos en una cacerola caliente y dejamos hervir por 15 minutos, devolvemos el epazote a nuestro caldillo y rectificamos sazón.
  5. En un plato colocamos la juliana de tortilla, los cubos de queso, los cubos de aguacate, los aritos de chile pasilla y añadimos el caldillo de jitomate, decoramos con unos hilos de crema.
